PRE-CONSTRUCTION

At Canem, we believe complete pre-planning and scheduling of a project are vital to its success. We take the information gleaned from the main Project Design Team and continue the same approach to planning with our senior managers, foremen, sub trades, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth execution of the team’s plans.
We minimize client business risk by following a proven methodology including managing pre-construction planning, pre-fabrication, risk management, vendor management, and project logistics. Canem is also diligent in the development and implementation of industry-leading safety programs and procedures.
CONSTRUCTION
A One-stop-shop for total building integration systems and services
Installing electrical power, mechanical services, and data cabling systems into buildings creates a foundation backbone for all other systems to communicate, including metering, lighting, security, HVAC, data cabling, and communications.
Because all devices in a building require power and communication, Canem brings the strength of our electrical and mechanical contracting experience to connect core building systems into one easy-to-use platform. This makes buildings efficient and reduces operating costs.
MAINTENANCE
Single point of contact - from project start to completion and beyond
We develop trust and long-lasting relationships with our clients. Canem has the knowledge and implementation expertise to deliver value throughout all phases of your project’s lifecycle, including: client training, service and repairs, ugrades, thermography, and audit and surveys.
With our National Services Team we also manage regional and national multi-site installations and after completion transition to ongoing maintenance service through our Day Two Hand Off Program.
Cavendish Farms – Processing Plant
Canem has experience working in food processing facilities and understanding their food safety and washdown requirements. Sealed stainless steel conduits were employed to minimize the transfer of hazardous atmospheres and prevent the ingress of bacteria. Additionally, this facility necessitated installation methods to mitigate corrosion resulting from production processes, in compliance with the stringent washdown requirements for a food-safe environment, utilizing stainless steel conduits.
