Brett earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lethbridge in 2003, laying a solid foundation for his career. In 2004, he joined Canem, and by 2008, he further solidified his expertise in the construction industry by completing his Journeyman Electrician Certificate. Progressively advancing through the organization, Brett held various positions, including Project Manager, Construction Manager, Branch Manager, District Manager, and most recently, Vice President of Operations in 2021.

Throughout his tenure, Brett has played a pivotal role in some of Canem’s most significant projects. His commitment to construction safety, emphasis on collaboration, and integrity have been instrumental in the organization’s growth.
