Production Module
Canem’s Production Module was developed and designed in-house to use as a tool during construction to track labour forecasts. It is a web-based program that is set up in the early stages of the project by the pre-planning team. Updated weekly, this provides the team with valuable information as to how certain tasks or activities are progressing based on estimated hours and targets set at the beginning of the project.
This vital tool has become an important part of the team’s operations as it gives all parties a real-time measurement of the production onsite at any time.
