TELUS Gardens Office Tower is a 500,000 sq. ft., 22-story fully integrated office tower with an 8-story podium. It boasts state-of-the-art LED feature lighting and holds the prestigious LEED Platinum certification, making it the “Greenest” commercial building in Vancouver.

Canem played a pivotal role in the project by supplying and installing a comprehensive set of fully integrated systems, including Medium Voltage Distribution and Switchgear, Emergency Generator and Power Distribution, Motor Starters, Panels and Controls, Fire Alarm, Voice Data Communications, Access Control, Video Surveillance, as well as all Exterior and Interior Lighting and Controls.
