Red Deer College Residence
Description
This 5 storey Mass Timber, 145 Suite student residence was designed & constructed with the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model and achieved a LEED® Silver certification.
Canem provided pre-construction design services as well as supplied and installed the following complete and fully integrated systems:
- Distribution and Switchgear, Emergency Generator and Power Distribution, Motor Starters, Panels and Controls, Fire Alarm,
- Voice Data Communications, Access Control, Video Surveillance, All Exterior and Interior Lighting and Control.
