Bethany Riverview is a four-story extended care facility designed for people with complex dementia. It features 210 resident suites, complete with a secured underground parkade and numerous atriums and greenspaces within the building. The care centre is located on a 12-acre campus of care for seniors called Riverview Village in southeast Calgary. The campus is also home to about 400 seniors living in three affordable independent living rental apartments.

Canem Systems was responsible for all electrical, voice/data communications, nurse call, fire alarm, and advanced security and audio visual systems throughout the building.
