This 1.3 million square foot Amazon Fulfillment Center in Burnaby British Columbia.  With office, breakout rooms and loading docks. Canem supplied and installed the following complete and fully integrated systems:  Medium Voltage, Distribution and Switchgear, Emergency Generator and Power Distribution, Motor Starters, Panels and Controls, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, All Exterior and Interior Lighting and Controls.

The project faced a few challenges included 70% increase in changes within with the original timeline. However, Canem was in constant communication with the general contractor to ensure deadlines were still met. Canem used its in-house prefabrication facility to mitigate condensed timeframes for work by having assemblies ready for install once areas were opened.
